What if I want to add something to the project?
The deliverables outlined on this page and in your Agreement are what we agreed to for your project fee. However, if you would like to add something extra then we would love to provide you with an estimate and add it to your project. Simply reach out to us with your thoughts and ideas so we can discuss how it aligns with your business goals and we can discuss the next steps then.
What if I can't make my next payment?
Your payment plan schedule is outlined on this page, as well as in your signed Agreement and it's important that the payments are made on time in order for the project to run smoothly.
You will receive an invoice 7 days prior to the due date and you're expected to make the payment on time. If you fail to clear the invoice within 14 days of the payment due date, a late fee of 1.5% of the outstanding amount will be added to your account per each day that the invoice remains unpaid.
If you know you'll have trouble making the payment on time, please let us know ahead of time.
What if I need extra revisions?
You have 2 rounds of revisions on designs included in your project which should be enough for us to come to the perfect final creative solution. If extra rounds of revisions are required, we'll jump on a call to discuss the additional required changes and we will provide an estimate which will be added to your final invoice at the end of the project.
What if I'm late giving feedback?
We will set due dates for all our tasks in order to ensure we're on track with your project. It's important that we maintain clear communication throughout the project and hit our deadlines.
In the event that we are expecting some information from you that prevents me from moving forward in our project, and we don't hear anything from you for over 7 days, we reserve the right to freeze your project until further notice and a 10% restart fee will be due to get us back on track. We definitely want to avoid doing this, so please let me know if you're unable to hit your deadline as soon as possible.
What if I have an emergency and need to postpone?
In the unfortunate event that you need to postpone a project due to an emergency, please let me know as soon as possible. Based on the circumstances, we will do what we can to work with you. However, it may be possible that we will have to freeze a project and a 10% restart fee will be required to get you back into our calendar.
Please try to let us know as soon as possible so we can work out a solution together.
What if I want to cancel my project?
We truly hope this won't happen, but if for any reason you want to cancel your project and we can't come to a solution to make it work, then you can do so by writing me an email and informing me of your cancellation request.
Canceling a project doesn't relieve you of any outstanding payment obligations and, depending on where we are in your project and how much has been done, you may not be eligible to receive a refund for any portion of monies previously paid. For any questions, please refer to your Agreement or contact us directly.

Where can I see my invoices and make payments?
